Poor and embarrassing service.... SO disguted!!!!!

My fiance came to see a Dr Stevens at Linksfield Hospital because she has a huge problem with her hormones that is making her suicidal. (attempt already done) He sent her to Lancet in Linksfield hospital to have blood work taken and hand over a pap smear to be tested for Cancer and other hormonal issues, but the lady there refused to assist her because these were reasons; -Sshe didnt have money on her and she wanted the original proof of payment if done by internet and said not a print out the original. IN WHAT WORLD DOES THIS FOOL LIVE AND WORK. IF ONE DOES AN INTERNET TRANSFER THE ONLY PROOF ONE HAS IS A PRINTED PROOF OF PAYMENT ITS THE ORIGINAL!!! -She also wouldnt put the card through manually. My fiances card is snapped in half and I was willing to do this payment or even hand over my details to have the payment made manually. But NO INSTEAD YOU SEND A VERY UNSTABLE PERSON ON HER WAY CARRYING HER ******L INSIDES IN HER HANDBAG!!!

WHAT SORT OF PLACE ARE YOU???? Clearly you DONT GIVE A DAMN about your PATIENTS HEALTH JUST HOW MUCH THEY EARN! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
