Poor and dishonest service promises at Lancet Arwyp kempton park

I requested URGENT blood testing at Lancet pathology at Arwp hospital kempton park branch for a visa process on Thursday last week as referred to by my doctor that it will be fast due to my case and was told ild get my results latest in 24-48 hours. Its been a week and im told that a 2 tests are left. I have been checking on call and physically and to only be told that 1 is left and I checked once more today to hear the 2 haven’t been processed at all . I have to report back to work without fail as I cannot afford to pay for the flight back to work on my own . All i got is a sorry. No explanation on why or an alternative solution. I know someone who went there on the same day as me to do theirs and got theirs before me because they used their local identification.

I was also told that they don’t close on the weekends by the reception so I dont understand why they haven’t been done.
