Poor all round experience.

Honestly such a horrible experience with lancet. It took them 35 min in total to do one blood test, and I wasn’t even waiting in a queue. Then when the gentleman was finally ready to draw my blood, his hand was shaking while he inserted the needle. Now I went onto the app to look up my results and it hasn’t updated since 2022. I called the help center and the lady said I have to email for them to update my app (not sure how long that will take) She reported that my results are in, but she has to wait 48hours for my doctor to see them before she will email them to me. This makes no sense as previously I was able to see the results immediately on the app. Shocking overall experience.
