Poor Accounts and communication service

A Lady from Lancet phoned me to change my payment date. Lancet never sends a bill because they were reluctant to submit the bill to the medical aid. Handed me over without notifying me. I am on my daughter's medical aid, and this is for my account. I paid my account on 2nd April as arranged. Today ITC phoned me asking for my daughter. Apparently, payment not received. This is such a ridiculous incident, and someone somewhere is not doing their job. I pay to Lancer as instructed not ITC. Please people wake up.
