Pleasant staff

Professional and friendly staff at lancet Brenthurst hospital, quick, efficient and you never have to wait. I've also been to lancet lab at Roseacres hospital and I'm still impressed. Staff are so bubbly and full of life, you can see they enjoy their job. The nurses were short staffed by an admin on a weekend, but were proactive and assisting patients to the best of their ability by getting telephone assistance to walk them through the admin process. I don't remember when last I've seen anyone take initiative to help business flow smoothly and prevent backlog. When the stand-in admin arrived, he was very friendly and explained the blood test process in detail which gave me a better understanding than the doc did. Well done, keep it up!
