planning to sue

what kind of company do you run? my doctor send me to do some bloods at one of your labs. One of your lab techs went on your system took my info off your system and is now breaking up my marriage. She phones me non stop. When my husband phoned the number she doesn't answer the calls but during he day she phones and send a lot of sms's. Am planning to take legal action against lancet because she used heir systems to get my information. When we reported the person at the lancet lab she used to work, her line manager went and informed her that we are planning to go to your head office. She also promised to send me the info and contact number of the person in charge of lancet in JHB.<br> I am even scared to answer my phone.
