Payment query

Good day October 2025 I went to Dr Skosana For pap smear test which is told my medical aid doesn't cove I have pay amount of R175.00 Then consultant then to get clarity 23 December 2025 payment was done, January started received sms advise I need to make payment for the account number is M***1. I advice them that I don't have proof of payment however I can provide my statement to show account was paid,I called call center representative and share same story Months later still recieving harssament text and them to my name to debtors provided I being calling them provided statement and screen shot showing proof of payment highlighted on still call waisting my time threatening me on something that is payment Using my money for airtime cause all the trauma
