Pay me my money

I had tests done at Lancet Laboratory in Shelly Beach on January 10, 2020. According to the doctor's document, I owed R752. To my astonishment, I was informed that I needed to pay R1562 when I arrived. I paid to get the exams completed. The lab technician subsequently told me that I had been overcharged and that I would be contacted to get a refund. I waited a year for a refund and never received a call. When I contacted them in January 2023 and showed them all of the supporting documentation, they acknowledged that I had been overcharged and promised to investigate and issue a refund. Another year passed with them providing no support. I then received an SMS on February 2, 2024, informing me that Lancet owed me a refund and that I needed to get in touch with the refunds department. When I got in touch with them again, they confirmed that I was entitled to a refund and that it will be handled shortly. There was no reimbur*****t given. When I got in touch with them once more, I was informed that although everything had been delivered to the accounts, there had been no return as of yet. Having to deal with Lancet is really irritating. This has continued for the past two years. This company's refusal to give me the money that is rightfully mine is pitiful.
