Pathetic service with *********** people

Did some blood tests with lancet. Dr requested a test that forms part of a whole group of tests. The medical aid requested that the lab send the original blood request form and then rejected one code stating is was not requested on the lab note. I made numerous calls and send tons of emails to request Lancet to provide me some sort of proof that this code forms part of the group test, but their response was I should get a letter from the doctor. Do not know how a doctor can confirm what test forms part of Lancets group. 10 July I finally received this, but was some negative with trying to sort this out, that I asked them for the account so that I can just pay it as I have spend more I n airtime trying to sort this out than what the account is worth. Till date no account was sent to me, so I do not have any details to make payment, however they still went and handed me over to the lawyers to blacklist.
