Pathetic Service Lancet Laboratories Vosloorus

I went to Lancet at Clinix private hospital in Vosloorus today. The lady at reception processed my documents and informed me to wait for the nursing sisters as they went to the hospital wards. I sat there from 11:55 until 12:30. The lady at reception was not even apologetic for the delay. She was sitting quietly busy on her computer, never even said a word during the whole time I was waiting there.She is so unfriendly.She doesn't have customer service manners at all. At 12:30 the sister by the name of T.Tsotetsi arrived and passed without even greeting me, both sister and the reception lady went to the back office and spent something like 10 minutes without saying a word to me despite waiting in their office for more than 30 minutes.The sister came to call me, still didn't greet instead she introduced herself and told me that she will be helping me. I have been using facilty from this hospital and have always been welcomed warmly and appreciated from the time I enter until I leave. Today was a different story, Lancet must reprimand these 2 staff for this pathetic service. Nusing staff cannot leave the facility unattended, there should always be a nurse in the facility whilst others visit wards.
