PATHETIC SERVICE LANCET LABORATORIES

I have never dealt with such idiots in my life. An account of R1324. 20 is sent to me and also my medical aid. I pay the amount and so does my medical aid. After repeated phone calls and emails Lancet eventually refunds me the amount and confirms in writing that my balance is 0. Then some idiot from Lancet sends, a reversal request to my medical aid and payment gets reversed to them. After 3 months I get hounded again by Lancet for the outstanding amount. A call centre agent confirms in writing that they made an error. Now I must pay because of their incompetence. Bunch of idiots.
