Pathetic Service From Lancet Labs Acc Dept

Used their practice and medical aid confirmed they were paid. Still receiving email and sms from them saying payment is outstanding. Phone their accounts dept and chatted to Lynton who was extremely rude and not interested in my issue. Unacceptable from a service provider like them.
