Pathetic service

I went to lancet lab and inquired if they do Lung Function Test and was told yes @R720.00 cash and with Medical aid they require referral. The next day, 15th January 2022, I went back for the test and opted for cash (paid with my debit card).

They called me to a room and I saw needles and bottles, I told the lady I was there for a Lung Function Test. She confirmed they thought it was a Liver Function Test I was requested. The gentleman who processed the payment advised they'll submit a credit request. I phoned the accounts section on the 17th to follow up and was told to send receipt, ID copy and proof of account which I sent immediately.

Phoned the accounts section again on 21st Jan 2022 and spoke to Ms Hloli Shezi who confirmed documents were received on the 17th but then the query is still in the queue and will be attended to once it's assigned to an agent. Only after it's assigned the 7-14days SLA will apply until I must be patient. Nothing can be done until the case is assigned.
