Pathetic service
Absolutely ***********.. did a Covid test for travel in April 2021 swiped on the spot as is normal. They allocated the payment elsewhere. I’ve sent them proof of payment 8 times and now they hand me over to debt collectors because they don’t know how use their own system and their call Centre couldn’t be bothered.
