Pathetic Service

The level of service from this company indicates that they have serious issues with their administration department. Never have I ever dealt with a more inefficient company. From changing medical aid company details to "Private Patient", not submitting claims to the medical aid (due to this unilateral change) to sending SMS's requesting payment without supplying an invoice. Dealing with them is like knocking your head against a brick wall!
