PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

We opted to store stem cells for our little girl and needed to do blood tests for them. Given a choice between Lancet and Ampath we went with Lancet, silly me. They took the bloods and we left. We got a phone call from a lady the next day, I can't remember her name but it was something strange starting with a Z, telling us we owe R 1500 something as medical aid doesnt cover. My hubby goes the next day to settle, we get told we owe nothing. I get a call on Friday from the same person asking if we will pay. I tell her my hubby was there. She apologies profusely and tells us she will tell all the weekend staff that we will be there the next day. My hubby goes back to pay and we got told we owe nothing. It took him walking in to the back office to have someone say \oh yes van Wyk we have it". This is my child's stem cells"
