Pathetic Service
My wife has sent numerous emails requesting that an invoice be emailed to her so that she could make the payment requested. Absolutely nothing happened; she called and spoke to someone from the call center, and the only response she received to her request for an invoice was "Is there anything else you need?" They even threatened to hand the account over to attorneys, yet still refused to send an invoice. Absolutely disgraceful and pathetic.
