Pathetic lack of service at Lancet

Absolutely pathetic accounts department They somehow had details for me that were over 15 years old and so were sending payment requests to an email address that is 15 years old. When I found out about it I contacted their accounts department only to be told that it was me that submitted these details meanwhile many accounts etc have been paid to lancet over the last 15years. I asked them to send me the latest statement which I paid and returned the pop. Only to be called today by a company where they handed me over to. More pathetic you cannot get They cannot do their basic job and just hand you over Is this what it has become at Lancet? Soon it will be the bloods that will become a problem - I don't think they can be trusted and guess what we have options - Ampath and others
