Pathetic
I had a blood test three days ago. When at their Flora lab I changed my contact detail as I am now on pension. When I tried to access my details the next day, my details had not been updated. I called three time to the switchboard and was kept on hold each time until I gave up. Its now been three days and I have yet to get my results. Unacceptable service
