Pathetic Back office support from Team Leaders

Pathetic Back office support.

I recently requested a simple account to be emailed to me. This simple request seemed extremely difficult for lancet to comprehend.

I had to call in over 5 times on various days , was kept hanging on the phone for more than 30mins at a time.

Empty promises made by Team leaders to contact me.

Back office account support really is pathetic by lancet and really frustrating. Lancet , please up your game . The service i have received is unaceptable , waiting for 2 weeks for a simple account to be emailed , and still nothing received.
