Pathetic

I have been waiting for blood results for 3 days now, just a simple full blood count and CRP, me nd my Dr offices has been trying to get a hold of them since yesterday when I finally got through after after a 45min hold thr lady puts the phone down after mentioning my long hold. So here comes rhe long wait again, eventually I get a hold get through around 16:00 yesterday and the lady informs me my blood has not been tested yet, I tell her I want to speak to a supervisor and she says it won't help they will tell me the same so will a lab. 3 days nothing. This is pathetic, I honestly have no words. I'm lying in my bed in so much pain and you have not even tested my blood yet as the result will determine what meds need to be prescribed. 3 DAYS LANCET.
