PATHERTIC SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

My grandchild was admitted to Kloof hospital in June. Blood was collected from her and the medical aid rejected some of the codes and requested a "Pathology request report". For 5 weeks, I sent mails to request the report without any feedback... I followed up over and over and today is cut-off for the Medical aid to pay the account, and now all of a sudden it will take 3-5 working days before receiving the report... I already requested it yesterday as well. I put the consultants through to my son to provide consent to forward the report to me because the Vodacom coverage is off in their area, and still we are unable to get the report sent to me.... WHAT SHOULD I DO JUST TO RECEIVE A FLIPPEN REPORT!!! How difficult should it be...
