Panorama Test - No Urgency at all despite lab problem with first test

I had my Panorama Nipt Test done at Lancet for the first time on 29/11/2017 and it took ten days to be advised that there was some kind of a problem with my samples (no explanation as to what was wrong, had to phone my doctor panicking) and was told to submit more blood, which I did immediately. I was told that the new test would be done urgently as due to the sensitive nature of the results and the fact that I have a high risk pregnancy, we were incredibly worried by now. I submitted new blood on 11/12/2017 and today, ten days and many phone calls to check on the progress later, I still have no results and no one who I have spoken to at Lancet can give me any guarantee of when it will be available. The lady that tried to help me was very sympathetic, but all she could tell me was they the sample was only received on 13.11.2017 (I have no idea what was done with it for two days as it was marked urgent) so they were within their normal turn around time. I feel that with it being the second test and marked as urgent the normal turnaround time is not really good enough and would appreciate some assistance in getting this moving at a bit of a faster rate due to the holidays now fast approaching. Thank you.
