Pain in full but still with debt collectors
Paid my blood test invoice in full at the lancet parkview branch via speed point in 2024 November.
Payment never allocated. Now debt collectors are after me for this "outstanding" amount.
Contacted Lancet accounts repeatedly since L beginning 0 2025 (multiple calls/emails) sent proof each time zero fix, no apology.
Over a year wasted on this admin error. It's caused stress and credit risk.
Please urgently, Allocate the 2024 payment and clear my account. Stop debt collectors immediately.
Hoping this gets sorted fast.
