Outstanding payment

Good day,<br> <br> I received a call regarding outstanding payment due, I don't understand why am I owing lancet R505.00 cause I've made a payment already. I went to Morningside Clinic on 2015/11/03 was advised that my Medical Aid didn't cover all my results, I then ask the lady how much do I have to pay. She advise me that i need to pay R656.10 of which i did pay for me to get my results, she never said that amount is not the accurate one. It doesn't make sense to debit the portion from my account, cause I had sufficient funds at the time. And how could they provide results where else i'm still owing them, i had a choice to decide if i will be able to pay the whole amount/not. I'm not treated fairly, as professionals they need to advise their patients. My friend had the same issue with lancet they don't service us, they ***** from us. I don't have that money as is too much i would gone home without the results. Now i'm told that my medical aid didn't pay, however i was advised that tmy medical aid paid a portion they didn't cover the whole amount.
