Lancet ***<br> I phoned the number provided in the SMS (AT MY COST) at 3PM the same day and spoke to Wendy Jama, CALL ***. She agreed that it seems incorrect and promised to phone me back after querying with her supervisor. That never happened.<br> Instead today(28 Dec 2015) I'm receiving SMS threats of being \handed over"if account is not paid immediately. What happened to my enquiry FROM 2 WEEKS AGO"
