Outraged with lancet

My account with lancet is paid up. I'm still getting numerous calls with regards to outstanding amount. I have emailed, personally called them sent out proof of payment with no success. It's a R100 I'm being harassed for. I have spent more than the amount outstanding with data usage. The next step I feel social media because I can't understand how a large company can be annoying.
