On going Horrible service

I am emotionally exhausted with lancet laboratory, I have been dealing with this issue from 3rd of January. Firstly I received a horrible service from the night shift lady in Morningside who treated me like trash. I've sent all the proof of payment today they are saying it doesn't show and debt collectors has been contacting me. I really don't understand if they say they can't me through to a person who trace payment because that is going to be simple. Please avoid lancet unless if you want to deal with such frustration
