not complying to agreed TAT.

Pathetic service anx dont follow the protocol of agreed TAT on results.. I went on Tuesday 17Mar202 as I traveled to the UK my sample was only enter late afternoon on 18March2020.. Followed up everyday which they then say the results will be available the next day well, its not available and getying frustrated now!!!Its way past their so called 72hr TAT its now 96hr and guess what still nothing.
