Not capturing medical aid details on invoice

I have submitted multiple requests for my invoices/ statements to Lancet's call center and each time they're unable to follow the instruction in my emails. I've got to ask them each and every time to include my medical aid number (which I've provided) onto the document, yet they fail to do this. How can one simple request be that difficult to understand?
