NON PAYMENT OF REFUNDS DUE TO PATIENTS

Lancet Laboratories requested payment from me in the amount of R962.59 after I advised them that Discovery will be paying the account. Needless to say, Discovery paid the amount over to Lancet on 18/4/2017 and I was telephoned and requested to pay the amount of R962.59 immediately, which was paid by myself on 24 April 2017. I received an e-mail from Lancet on 2/11/2017 (7 months later) advising me that they owe me the amount of R601.60, due to the fact that Discovery already paid them. I am battling since 2/11/2017 to get refund of the money due to me. I provided Lancet with everything they needed, i.e. proof of payment!!! and needless to say, the service from their call centre is absolutely shocking, and I have not received a reply to any of my numerous e-mails, requesting payment of the money due to me in the amount of R601.60.
