Non existent service when refund due!!!
Do not use Lancet Labs for your blood work!! Have been battling for months to get a refund out of them. Have sent numerous emails and follow-up's and still no joy. They put unreasonable hurdles in the consumers way i.e. asking for repeat forms when already sent, and still do not process. Rather use Ampath if you have a choice!!

My refund is done and in my bank account. Thank you! I really really appreciate Melanie - she is superb! Completely changed my perception of the service at Lancet.
