Non-Existent Refunds Department

I have been trying to reach the Refunds department this whole past week, to discuss a refund due to me by Lancet. I made an EFT payment, but Discovery also paid the amount. There is no answer at the refunds department, no replies to my emails and the call centre is absolutely useless. I need someone to contact mr urgently regarding this refund. You are keen to phone people daily when they owe you money, bit do not have the decency to assist clients when you owe them money.
