Non delivery of results

<p>On 13-04-2017 at approximately 7:15am I had some blood tests taken at Lancet Laboratories Lenasia.</p> <p>At around midday I collected my results for my own personal file I asked if a copy was sent to the Dr. And told yes. On 15-04-2017 I am at the Doctors rooms they have not received any results. I call the lab and speak to an *********** staff memeber by the name of Tshepang.</p> <p>I explain to her what had happened, she asks for my ID number which I give, then she tells me my ID number is wrong, I then give my ID number once more, she asks for my surname and first name.</p> <p>Then she asks me am I sure I came to lancet, I said yes I have a receipt to prove it.</p> <p>Then she says she found it so I asked her where did she get the results from now, she says she wasn't checking properly<br />Then she says I must come and pick the results up.<br />I asked for her manager she puts me on hold, she says her manager says there is nothing he can do about it and she is asking for the doctors fax number. I asked what her managers name was she hesitantly said Mr khan. I said thank you very much and put the phone down.<br />Is this how Lancet conducts them self?<br />First check correctly before asking the patient is he sure he came to a lancet lab, rather ask for the ID number again before telling the patient the ID number is wrong. And as for Mr Khan as a manager that was no way to deal with a customer.</p>
