No service Lancet

I have been struggling to get a full tax invoice from them since around end of July(maybe even earlier). Every time you phone the call centre it is like the process starts over. No one knows what you lreviously asked for and you have to send supporting documents multiple times. I even logged a complaint on their website 3 working days ago...still no answer. The cherry on the top: they made me complete the incorrect form at the lab to start with
