No Service at all

I have called the accounts department 3 times The first time in 7th March.

I am NOT a private patient... My Discovery medical aid details were filled in on the blood request form.

The accounts department assured me that this would be sorted out I 2 -5 working days...now 2 weeks later no action has been taken besides sending me SMS's demanding payment for an account I have never received. And I should NOT be charged private rates
