No results received since 14/08/2017

I visited Lancet Laboratories at Garden City Clinic with my husband. We went on our own because I wanted to get a blood test done to check my progesterone levels before going to the doctor as I sensed that I could possibly be pregnant and I have an underlying problem. An African guy that worked there told me that I will need to pay cash if I want the results to be emailed to me, so I did. The blood test was done and its now been a month and a half in which I have not received my results. Yesterday when I went to the labs after doing the test again at another lab, to complain, I was told that results are never emailed to the patient, instead they are told to call the call centre to get the results, even after telling them that an African guy assisted me and told me to pay cash and the results will be emailed to me. The lady that also administered the blood test said it will be emailed to me. The lady I spoke to yesterday said she will find out and call me today with feedback after I told her I want a refund because I had to pay cash and did the same test twice which is a waste of money on my side. She called me back today and now all of a sudden said there is no African guy working there, there never was which is a blatant lie and says that no refund will be done because results are not emailed but the patient comes in to get there results. The whole story seems to have changed now. I would also like to bring up a complaint regarding someone I know who was given the incorrect results that belonged to another patient which caused her to have a miscarriage from the results. This was by the same labs in garden city.
