No Results received.

I am utterly disgusted with Lancet. My partner went for a COVID 19 test on Monday the 21st December. Today Thursday the 24th of December I decided to give you a call as I have had no feedback. Apparently the results were already given on the 22nd of December. We did not recieve any sms or call from anyone from Lancet. This leaves me believing even though I spent money for the covid 19 test I would never have received my results. Like I said beofre I am disgusted!!! I would not recommend anyone using Lancet to anyone. Please get your things in order as we can't risk slip ups like this during these hard times.
