No response for more than 2 weeks
I have been trying to obtain a copy of an account since 22 July. I called in three times and spoke to Jackson who promised to email me a copy of the account. I have completed a "Contact me" form on the website. I have sent no less than 3 emails to *** as well as to ***, to no avail. You guys are so quick to hand someone over - is this what you are trying to do with my account? The account is already over 30 days - ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY YOU. WHY ARE YOU NOT RESPONDING????????? next thing you will hand me over. WHAT IS GOING ON WITGH YOU PEOPLE?????? JUST SEND ME A COPY OF MY ACCOUNT - IT REALLY SHOULD NOT BE THAT HARD
