No Refund after 3 months n still counting

For blood test done in Dec 2030, was billed twice. Was advised, it will be reversed on 48 hours. Called on Jan 2021, given the same excuse. Called again in Feb 2020, and told again, will be reversed soon. Told them this is blatantly ********** and I will report this to Discovery ***** division . Was told, "GO AHEAD AND REPORT IT". TOTAL DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!!
