No reception and unfriendly service

Valleyview branch now the 3rd time this year I have left without being attended to . Last 2 times I went to Medgate but this time not as they did not answer their phone. So I have chucked my specimen which I had to go home and bottle. . Unfriendly staff, no acknowledgement of one’s presence, no greeting. Stood at the counter in front of the lady, she just carried on with her computer. A lot of movement but no action. I have complained before about this branch without response from Lancet.
