No one understands english

Lancet claims that the Gazette stated the codes should be changed and that Bonitas is at fault. I requested al over the place not lancet nor bonitas can show me who is at fault. Surely if as per Lancet's claims it is in the Gazette someone here is breaking the law?

Lancet keeps avoiding to give me the call made to Bonitas and Bonitas denies making me pay. Surely builds confidence doesn't it?

As has been stated in Meagan’s communique from our CEO, Dr Peter Cole, there are a handful of Medical aid societies that do not cover this procedure. Regrettably, any shortfall by the Medical aid, is then passed on to the members for payment.

Although the tests were done in good faith and no doubt, the Results were helpful in assisting your doctor in the diagnosis, we regret Bonitas refuses to pay for this procedure as they are guided by Veripath who dismisses the veracity and relevance of this procedure. You have the right to escalate this issue to the CMS (Council for Medical Schemes) for intervention.

The excess amount of R214.30 was billed by our external debt-collector which we will gladly refund to you.

Regards
