Went to Medicross where blood was taken for tests. I was requested to pay for bloodwork with Medicross as they have an agreement with Lancet laboratories regarding payment via a scheme called Primecash. This was also clearly marked on the instruction documentation which accompanied the blood sample.

Lancet ignored this agreement and continued to harass me even after I have provided evidence that there staff captured the payment method incorrectly and have on countless occasions communicated with them but there personnel is only hell bend on trying to collect money instead of correcting there mistake.

This has been going on since June 2017.

Medicross personnel have provided proof of payment on the 22nd Of august to Lancet, still the harassment is never ending.

This begs the question, If they have trouble to get there administration in order, how sure can you be about the correctness of there tests?
