no feedback regarding incident logged 14.01.2016

I received a response advising that they are investigating and a manager would contact me shortly however it has been 7 days and still no response while i am receiving texts from the lawyers advising me to pay . Please can i get feedback today .This matter might not be as important to a company like Lancet however it is very important to the person whose reputation is being tarnished while promises are made and not kept
