No Customer Service

My wife and I are being Harassed by your collections Department every week from Jan this year.

Our Medical Aid Advised that All Payments has been made, and After a Number of times emailing our medical Aid statements proving we are not responsible for the R100.00, we still get Calls.

I have asked the collector to provide me a statement, every call I have confirmed my Email address and till today I have not gotten a view.

Please even after us emailing your Accounts/Complaints/Speaking to the collectors advising them we are not responsible for this payment we still being harassed over this R100.00
