No Biopsy Results

Hi, My sister has stage 4 lung cancer and is a mother of 2 small children, what you are doing is ******** and unacceptable. She had a biopsy done on the 8th of the June, apparently Lancet only picked up the sample on the 10th June. We were told that it would take 14 working days to get a result “New Generation Sequencing” which is critical as to what type of chemotherapy is needed. We and our oncologist have phoned multiple times and are not getting any response from Lancet or the pathologist handling the matter, the only response is results pending. The reference number is LP040096 get back to us with something other than results pending.
