No answer from Lancet Refunds department

Last Wednesday I went for a Rapid Covid test but was by mistake charged for a PCR test. The individuals at the Lancet Lab told me I must wait 3 days and phone the contact center to request a refund. I phoned Lancet 7 times yesterday with no luck. I had to hold for 6 minutes just to have the call drop every time. Eventually switch board transferred me through to the Supervisor's cell number which also went unanswered. Again I phoned and switchboard put me on hold while she tried to get hold of someone but eventually asked me for my number to call me back once she got hold of someone but here I am, almost 24 hours later, still waiting.
