No accountability at all.

Worst service ever. No accountability at all. Their staff forgot to take a sample when my son was in hospital, they called me to go submit it to my nearest lab. I told them it would be inconvenient for me, however I wil try. Eventually I went, only for the sample to be charged on my medical aid savings which were depleted ,not on hospital which I had authorization for. Now my question is why must I be punished yet they forgot to take a sample. Worst thing is that they completely ignored my correspondence with the person who called me to ask me to go submit the sample. Instead they say the test was a repeat test. My question was whose sample did you test because they never took the sample in the first place.. today I called into their call center and was put on hold for 15 minutes
