Newest addition to the Nieuwoudt family

This company has THE WORST way of dealing with PAID ACCOUNTS!!!!

My medical has paid this account in Jul 2018 all ready and then I received messages from the company that my account has been left unpaid, after receiving emails from their company stating it was paid by medical aid - the reference was apparently wrong from medical aid's side. After email on email to both medical aid and Lancet, I phoned Lancet, just to be left on hold 3 times.... and still emails comes through stating that I owe money after medical aid stated they paid. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! HOPING I WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH LANCET AGAIN!!!
