Negligence, Blood sample missing

Afternoon<br> <br> I really need advice asap, regards my son's health and wellbeing.<br> <br> Took my son twice to Lancet for Allergy test's, 1st time they only filled half of the tube. We got called back saying we need to come back again since they didn't take enough sample's, we(my wife and I) went again for the 2nd time for them to fill up two tubes with blood. After a week of waiting for results, we got a call saying they misplaced my sons blood samples and we must come back again. My son just got admitted now @ Sunward park hospital. I'm ****ed off from Lancets negligence. I paid them R2600 for a **** service and for them to prolong my son's recovery.<br> <br> I'm really passed off.<br>
